Mailbox Project

Our cluster mailbox unit (CBO) replacement project is moving forward with committments from the City of Anacortes Building Department, Fire Department, Water Department, and the United States Postal Service.  With the help of an experienced neighbor/contractor, it is feasible to utilize volunteer efforts to install the CBOs – which could reduce costs considerably.  The primary issue under consideration is whether we expand to three CBO locations or stay with the two existing sites.  The Board is conducting necessary research to assist in determining which of the two options is most preferable.  The Board will keep owners apprised as the project evolves.

Annual Meeting

Annual Meetings are set each year for the month of September.  The Annual meeting’s time and place, as well as an agenda will be distributed well in advance of the date selected.  One difference in 2025 is that the meeting minutes and other related documents will be posted on the Marine Heights website.  If owners’ have a transportation limitation, rides will be facillitated by a Board member.
